All Saints Church of England Primary SchoolWraparound Care
From September 2022 we are now able to offer wraparound care consisting of Early Birds - a choice of a 7:45am or 8am start to the beginning of the school day and Tea Birds, our new after school club, which will run from the end of the school day until 6pm. Both clubs will be run at All Saints by school staff. Childcare vouchers can be used towards the cost of the wraparound care.
We use an online booking system for existing parents, accessed via logging in to Scopay. Booking closes one working day in advance.
A registration form must be completed for your child(ren) to attend wraparound care. Please request a form or send any enquiries directly to the School Business Manager Mrs Singerman at sbm@allsaintshorsham.school . Emails will be answered during school holidays wherever possible.

Early Birds
The children have a choice of activities on offer. They are encouraged to be independent and make decisions for themselves, developing social and interactive skills.
Sessions starting at 8am cost £4.50 for the first child and £3.50 for siblings. If you want to start at the earlier time of 7:45am an additional £1 will be charged per child. Please note, that if you book for the 8am start on Scopay, but turn up early, you will be charged the additional £1 per child.
The club runs from 7:45am or 8am to 8.50am when children are taken to their classrooms. No food is provided, but healthy snacks (no nuts) can be brought along.
Tea Birds
Children will be registered in the Music Room. Activities will be planned around a theme and there will be indoor and outdoor options (weather permitting). Children are required to stay in school uniform for the duration of the club and may complete homework (but staff will not be able to assist with this).
Snacks are provided at Tea Birds and/or children can bring a light tea/healthy snack that can be eaten cold. The school’s nut free policy applies and all food must be labelled for storage in a refrigerator during the school day.
Parents may collect children at any time from Tea Birds, but the full session price of £15 will still be payable. This may be reviewed in the future depending on numbers. Parents should collect children using the gate in Tylden Way that leads to the back of the Music Room. There will be a 15 minute grace period for collections but an additional fee may be charged if staff have to stay later to wait for parents/carers. A mobile telephone number for parents to contact Tea Bird’s staff after 4pm will be provided.
