Teaching Assistant and Higher Level Teaching Assistant Vacancies

The roles are:
1. Teaching Assistant (Grade 4) with HLTA Status/Experience (grade 8)
This role is for 5 mornings per week and 1 afternoon per week contracted as an HLTA. There will be regular additional HLTA hours paid either as ‘top up’ (if during contracted TA time) or ‘pure’ if at other times. We are looking for someone who is flexible, able and willing to be ready to step into the HLTA role and take a full class (sometimes at short notice). Depending on the situation, you may need to plan sessions based upon the overall programme of learning. Experience of working in both KS1 and KS2 is required.
2. Teaching Assistant (Grade 3-4 depending on experience)
This role is initially for 2 mornings and 4 afternoons, as a class based Teaching Assistant. Experience of working in both KS1 and KS2 is preferred. There may be the opportunity for more hours and, for the right candidate, the opportunity to train as an HLTA in the future. Please see the advertisement for more details
